Very nice. Nose of grass and (surprisingly) some caramel. Citrus, pear and vanilla with some sweetness. Bright acidity with a slightly creamy texture and a medium body. More fruit, richer and riper than a typical Sauvignon Blanc. I am not a big fan of green/grassy/tart Sauvignon Blanc, and this was much more to my liking.
Pale green-gold appearance. Ripe melon and a bit of lemon aroma. A bit of sweetness, presumably from the Semillon; slightly less than expected acidity, light-ish body. Tropical fruits, citrus, spice, floral. Medium length; nice finish with a bit more acidity coming through. Really enjoyable.
