Drinking well right now, but not particularly impressive. All elements are well integrated and harmonious, but it lacks personality. The wine is still rather youthful, so there's no need to hurry. I don't see it getting more interesting in the future, but I'll probably wait a bit before opening another bottle.

Not sure how this would hold up but this was sailing! Got more elegant over time, more integrated oak, nice sappy blackberry notes, blackberry, black raspberry, touch of spice, medium bodied, seamless with clean finish. Great with sausage and chard and peccorino gnochetti at Blair's.

In the box for 7 years. My first btl of this having sold the other. Refined and subdued nose of pruny dark fruits, menthol, and pine. In the mouth, some greenery and EtOH, but fruit and tarry notes shine through. Not typical for Sardinia but undeniably well made. Even so, this likely would have been better a few years ago as the mid-section is a bit drying. With risotto on a cold night slogging through COVID, this is very fine.

Outstanding! At the apogee! Fully integrated in every way. Slow oxed for 6 hours, then decanted for an hour before pouring. Punches way above. Thanks Paul!
