10 months French oak, 10% new. Nose shows butterscotch, honey, applesauce, decent intensity. Palate much less fruit than you'd think, more of an Old World style, crisp right away, acidity is there, then some notes to match the nose. Finish has some light citrus notes that linger. More about balance than flavor.

Mostly neutral French oak, 20% new, 15% stainless...nice acid...fruit is fairly restrained...almost no noticeable oak character...
