Dinner & OWD. Don't normally comment on NV wines--what's the point. And I'm not a fan of Prosecco or celebrity-named bottles (yeah this is Andrea Bocelli), but have to admit this is definitely not run-of-the-mill prosecco--drier than usual with bold citrus and minerality, offers a lot more character than most of us associate with the breed.

Giant Wine Sale & Tasting 8/5/2017 (Cellar on Greene, Columbia, SC): As Prosecco usually goes, this one is way more upfront fruity. Could be the vintage, could be the producer, nevertheless we are happy, this is good stuff. Peach and nectarine on the nose. Layered mineral and earthy supporting flavors. Just the correct amount of acid. Good job.

Don't usually like Prosecco but I quite like this one. Delightfully dry and expressive. Joyful.

This is 100% Glera. Lovely, off-dry, not as fruity as some Proseccos. Delicate.
