Big and dark, never would have guessed this was grenache, or that it's 13 years old! Opaque garnet, aromas reserved at first, opened slowly over several hours, slightly sweet dark fruits. Very full-bodied on the palate, lots of dense concentrated black fruits, still plenty of tannin. Drinks like a 5-10 year old wine. Not much complexity. I'll hold my other bottle a few more years but I'm not sure it will make much difference. Ric

I've had the 03 and 05 Pandora in previous years and this was the first time i've tried a more recent vintage of this and I could not habe been more more pleased. The nose and palate of crushed cherries and cranberries were phenomenal. The mid palate was smooth with a silky smooth experience of pure southern rhone pleasure. One of the best Grenache in the US.

Still ruby. Running back legs, plum, cassis, black olive. Granular tannins. Acid balances massive fruit. California CnDP. Lots of life left.
