  After some openings in the past (with mixed opinions), this time it was right. Wine arrived in a perfect spot, and will stay there for a long time. Great!

  Dark cherries, raspbrrries, crowberries, hints of earth and rose pepper on the nose. Light touch on palate, with fresh berries, cherries and wood. A bit pointy on the front end. Touch of dry tannins in finish but very drinkable. Lingering finnish. 91-92p

  Lovely and delicate with red berries, flowers but also a little bit of unripe cherries and forest. Balanced acidity. Firm. Would have loved if the finish had been a bit longer. A knock out for the price (and vintage) and performing way above its level. Really enjoyed this.

  PNP. This was screaming with acidity when opened so passed thru vinturi. This softened it. Color garnet w ruby edges. Nose shows bright red cherry and strawberry fruit. Swishing shows substantial structure that is mostly acid with tight cherry fruit and fine tannins. Sipping allows the fruit to shine through the structure with delicate cherry fruit tiptoeing thru the acid, medium to light palate weight with smooth and soft finish. This is definitely more old world style and very little oak influence which I find refreshing. I expect that this will age gracefully for years. Looking forward to finding out!
