Yellow; nose dried fruits, fresh, not too heavy Gewürtztraminer aroma; fruity, good acidity, sweet fruits, long full-bodied aftertaste with honey. Very good with hand made white chocolate tryffel (!) that intensifies the acidity, would be strong enough with white meat or fish and does tolerate also spicy dishes like Asian kitchen.

Light golden yellow color. Open nose of lychee and florals; residual sugar brings in a delineated scent of apricot jam and honey. On the palate the wine is quite intensive and mouth-filling with loads of Gewurztraminer aromatics and full body. Residual sugar gives some viscosity and an oily structure to the wine. There is also a decent amount of acidity - considering the variety in question - giving the wine some nice freshness and liveliness. Despite being more off-dry than sweet, the honeyed notes give the wine nice Auslese-ish character. Quite lengthy finish with honey sweetness spiced with peppery spice and mouth-watering, lively acidity. Paired excellently with a Chinese chicken dish. Good quality, nice aromatics. Enjoy young and chilled, pair with Asian foods or soft cheeses. Good QPR at 12,99€

Yellow gold; lychees, oranges, floral; off-dry, grapefruit, peach, minerally, slightly oily, light-medium body, decent acidity, slightly bitter finish.
Slick, flavourful and minerally with slightly bitter finish. Very good.
