Not tasting the bacon so much this time, but definitely crisper than your average Chard (which is not a bad thing in my book.) Paired well with sausage and pasta in a semi-creamy sauce.

Meaty, specifically, bacon-y. I know it spent some time in oak, but there's really no oak, and definitely no butter, in the taste profile.

It smells like lemon and grapefruit. It tastes like apple and peach. The wine finishes medium.
