Dark in colour compared to the Chablis we drank too. I needed 2 cups to cook the chicken with shallots (Dijon mustard and tarragon) so opened and tasted both to see which one to cook with. This was more pronounced and still available (the Chablis was a 1996) so it was put in the dish and enjoyed while cooking, and the Chablis was served with dinner. I've made this dish twice with Bordeaux blanc but this added more flavour and went better with the meal. This was my first bottle and will get more for sure. Excellent.
