  This has been tasted twice in the last ten years, this bottle continues to age at a snails pace. The bottle shows a combination of maturity and youthfulness with oily texture on the palate that finishes with fresh acidity. This is at or around its peak but bottles in excellent conditions should continue to drink well for many years.

  Tasted at dinner at Steve & Barb's house. Classic aged Savennieres. Beeswax, lanolin and honey combine with crisp acidity in this wonderful wine. Lemons as well. Finish keeps building. Lots of life still ahead for this one.
