  Food: Chinese Northern

  Aroma: honey, light hints of petrol, some citrus
  Notes: hints of coffee and caramel in the aftertaste. High side on the acidity. This wine doesn't offer too much complexity but I have to say it tastes much better with food than without. I highly doubt if there can be much future development in this wine so I recommend it to drink now-2020.

  Initially worried about the poor 2002 harvest. Chilled to 2 degrees, lovely with seafood pasta. Nice deep yellow colour.
