  A remarkable colour with fresh green tinges. The nose has some white mushroom and toast development, along with honeyed orchard fruit aromas. It is complex, layered and engaging, with good depth. There's still nice sweetness to the wine and balance and proportion is impeccable. Acidity has relaxed but there's still a real sense of freshness to the wine.

  Pours out so fresh and vibrant with a green tinge. It smells exotic, all rockmelon, guava and paw paw. There's some smoky mineral reduction. In the mouth you get honeyed residual sugar coupled with stony fruits. It is rich and full but by no means heavy. The acidity doesn't impose but is like a gently poached green apple and length is superb.
