Still drinking quite well; I'm glad that the couple I have left won't be past their prime. A bit hot upon opening, but quickly resolved. Tons of flavor and texture.

Drank at our Chard dinner. Incredibly candied nose. Like sticking your nose in a bowl of melted butterscotch, toffee, and creem brulee. Delicious in that sense. Palate is large, more candied-oaky, but a decent amount of acidity too. Lacks some precision and minerality, or it would truly be killer. Very nice, second in the flight behind the Dumol.

Very nice California chardonnay. Not as Burgundian as Varner Amphitheater, but I like how they use the oak to frame the tropical fruits. Good acidity. Great finish. I think this will be even better in about two years.

This was experiment. Nice bottle young. Not a wine to cellar

initially some heat, but blew off after 30 minutes and turned into a nicely balanced wine.
