This cabernet's grapes are sourced from Champoux, Rosa Mystica and Mcduffee vineyards. Decanted for two hours but did not really hit its stride for a good three hours. Dark ruby color, fragrant nose, rich palate and medium finish. One more bottle left and I won't touch it for at least another two years.
Dark Purple in color with a nose like concord grape juice! If I was blindfolded I would think I was smelling welchs! The welchs is followed by candied blackberries, currants and vanilla. Thick and glycerine like in the mouth with plums and anise. Finish is tannic and astringent, almost like coffee! What a great $26 dollar cab!
