  Fragrant nose with amaretto, moss, and sandalwood. Rich amaretto palate with earthy nuances that builds into a long finish with harmonizing tannins, acidity, and Italian saddle leather. Very impressive. Paired well with pizza. Ready to drink, but certainly no rush either.

  Zeer lekkere nebbiolo, geparfumeerd, volume, rond. Zelfs nog te genieten na een hele menu op oudejaar.

  Popped and poured out of the cellar. Was expecting a highly alcoholic fruit bomb was happily surprised. I know that the winery is in the process of purging the barrique for the most part, and this vintage showed a delicate oak compliment throughout the drinking. It did support it with very pretty aromatics of tar, cherries, boysenberry delicate acidity and a generous amount of fruit on the palate. Clearly in the drinking window. I've got 2004's in the cellar and won't touch them for 5 years.

  Direct uit de kelder gedronken. Bij het openen stuiven de aroma's uit de fles met een ongeëvenaarde intensiteit. Kleur toont evolutie. Krachtige, volle smaak zonder scherpe kantjes. Schitterend. Wel veel fijn bezinksel, zodat mijn laatste glas vertroebeld werd.

  Zeer mooie barbaresco. Baksteenrood, met evolutie. Mooi volle smaak, vrij lange afdronk, perfect op dronk.
