Light, brownish colour. Smells like cream. There's also a hint of vanilla spice. My abbreviated note read: burns in the throat. This wine came across as being quite simple and lacking in dimension, despite good strength and power. The wine never seemed challenging or intrigueing. The harmony is excellent, and I do commend that, but ultimately, this just seemed a bit simple.

Both were great, but I was still enamored by the sixties, and didn't give these the attention they no doubt deserved.
