  Delicious. Nutty with a touch of honey notes but balanced with acid/ citrus. Subtly that comes with age. Delicate bubbles. Wishing I had another bottle.

  A very enjoyable California sparkler. Bright and mouth scrubbing acidity. Fine bubbles. Tasty citrus fruit. Dry rather than sweet. Aged wonderfully, 18 years old, which is entirely typical for the vintage version of this estate's sparklers. A superb value alternative to much more expensive vintage Champagnes from France.
