Nose: Rounded, ripe tropical fruit aromas of mango, guava, pineapple, melon, and coconut, and floral, with notes of white flowers and honey, and some oak. Not the freshest, though; I wonder if this is past its prime. Bouquet fades pretty quickly in the glass.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and waxy.
Palate: Plump and a bit flabby, lacking an acid backbone to support the ripe, slightly grainy tropical fruit flavors and the moderate veneer of buttery oak. Hollow and watery after the initial attack, and though there's some interest in the chalky mineral note on the otherwise rather bitter and slightly hot finish, the overall impression is pretty bland.
I didn't find much to enjoy here. I presume that this had more fresh, exuberant fruit when it was younger, but without that, it's just a low acid, competently made but anonymous full-bodied, oaked white wine. Thousands of basic chardonnays from all over the world could deliver what this wine does.

Light golden color. Nose of nut oil, raw coconut, and river rock. Full bodied and viscous on the palate, with flavors of sesame oil, hazelnut, white pepper, and mineral. Good acidity, minerality, and length. Not a lot of fruit, but interesting none the less.

Late note written from memory. Ripe nose, peaches with some nuttiness. Thick, very mineral, like a lemon juice concentrate with salt, very expressive, long, but not much of elegance.
