Beautiful peach and mango tones throughout this wine. Super dense flavors are accompanied with a nice acidic spine. Drinking very nicely...probably at peak.

No signs of strong evolution, nose monolithic with tons of sweetness and very exotic fruits. Palate is heavy, a bit too demonstrative with excess of sweetness. No lift in palate progression. Did not pair well with dessert (Buche glacee) as the sweetnesses just added on top of each other. Anxious to taste Baumard's QdC from the same vintage.

This was the darkest of the trio - beautiful dark shimmering gold color like a Tokaji, the flavor intensity and sweetness were dialed up from the Catherine yet while it was more unctuous & powerful, it didn't have the structural complexity of the other two -on it's own this would be very tasty and intense. Very much an SGN style wine. Kept adding weight and became even more pleasurable with time notes of Currie and clove from noble rot. Amazingly over the next few days it became better -a testament to it's age ability.

Intense nose of botrytis, palate of same with faded apricot, good acidity, still delicious but fading.
