Wine Cellar - France, Burgundy, 2006 (mostly) (Wine Cellar, Cape Town): (Tasted Blind): A light to medium ruby colour, although not entirely clear. Noticeable wood influence with vanilla spice and distinct yoghurt-like aromas, accompanied by cherry and plum. Whilst there is a creamy texture, with good extract and decent concentration (old vines?), the acid feels quite bracing and sour/tart. Some stems here too?
