  PnP. A slight porty note with some dried raspberries on the nose. Full bodied (15.9 octane!) super sweet fruit, mature but jammy raspberries - improved in the glass over 1.5 hours. If you like this style, this wine is still alive and kicking with nice spicy fruit and a good finish. No significant heat. Very slight sediment. A couple blind tasters thought it old Australian Shiraz blend.

  Garagiste Treasure Hunt (Chicago, IL): Alive, kicking and drinking phenomenally well. Nose has candied blackberry fruit, mint, spices and toasty oak accents. Rich, full fruit is matched by firm tannin that comes out on the midpalate. Well balanced with perky acidity. Full-flavored long finish. Delicious. This wine is holding up excellently. Seems to have at least a few good drinking years left.
