  Deep garnet in color. Nose of dark cherries, blueberries, blackberries and Cassis with hints of oak and spices. Tastes of dark cherries, dark raspberries, Leather, smoke, and a hint of vanilla from the oak. Resolved tannins and nice fruit for 15 years old. Not complex but drinking very well now. At it’s peak. Drink now and over the next five years.

  P n P. Dark red in glass. No visible sed. Still big fruit Fred wine, but good balance. Modern style Cabernet, Merlot, Shiraz blend. Still some back end grip, but easy drinking. In a good place by itself, but up against some nice Pinot n Bordeaux wines tonight. Very stylistically different. Paired w BBQ, held up well..

  Purple/ blood red. Dark fruit, spicy nose. Black cherry, baking spice, moderate acid, good length , long finish. Had with beef soup.
