Really good, still a couple of years of life. For once 'minichateauneuf' makes sense. Good balance very very nice taste, 2007 rhone's slight sweetness and great depth. RP 90

2005 Chateauneuf-de-Pape (Tasted Blind) (Rich and Peggy's House, Los Altos, California): Very good nose. Quite crisp. Little bit sour on the finish. Tasted blind.

2005 Chateauneuf du Papes (Rich & Peggy's House, Los Altos, CA): Nutty, furniture wax, vanilla nose with some lime buried underneath. Viscous, nutty, woody, walnut oil, lemon zest palate. Interesting but not in my wheelhouse.
