  Out of the bottle I was not impressed, an hour later was opening up nicely. Next day WOW this is really good. (80 out of bottle/85 hour after opening/90 next day stored under vacuum and frig). I may open a bottle, drink half a glass and but the rest under vacuum in the frig next time.
