Slow ox'ed for 4 hours. Taken to restaurant and drank for the next 2-3 hours. Medium body, feminine style Napa Cab, medium to long finish. Fruit is all resolved. Silky and soft tannins. Good amount of acid. Good to high quality wine. Would love to find more of these.
Still a little hot, tannic, and disjointed but comes together a bit after 3-4 hours decanting. Milk chocolate covered cherry, blackberry syrup, and dried herbs. Hold for 5 more years as tannins are mouth numbing at the moment.
