Very tart nose, raspberry pie and a bit of cola. Very well structured wine that could stand up to a few more years of cellaring. Tannins still very much present, but strong acids as well. A bit sweet at first, followed by chocolate. Bitter chocolate tannic finsh. Great with seasoned skirt steak.

High octane nose of cherry and cola. Fairly smooth with cherry, fig, and cassis flavors.

Fairly intense flavors but lighter body than expected. Flavor profile more like a well aged Syrah than a typical Cab. Drinking very nicely.
