Wine Country August 2001: Barrel Sample - RRV Zin 1 - will likely be labeled "Tom Feeney" (sp.) when bottled. Great cinnamon clove/spice nose. Dark color with a touch of tawny. Mike Officer shares the vineyard with Williams-Selyem. Ripe, tannic, medium-full bodied with sweet, bright fruit.

Wine Country August 2001: Barrel Sample - RRV Zin 2 - Approximate blend - Probably to be labeled "Gumtree Ranch" Another great spicy nose with some mint and eucalyptus thrown in. Ripe, supple, hints of coffee. Nice.
