  Dry and medium bodied on the palate with a somewhat greasy feel and balanced acidity. Ginger, butter and minerals before the decent length finish giving mushroomy earthiness and both spicy and nutty oak notes.
  Although well decanted, the wine was changing quite a bit over the course of the dinner. Perhaps with more time it will settle down and get more relaxed. Anyway already a nice pairing with fried scallops, shiitake and whitefish in champagne sauce.

  Frankly this was gawd awful. Nose indistinctive. Palate feels murky as if grapes were not clean and even fully ripe. Purchased from Finnish wine monopoly Alko and drunk same day
