  Green/Stems and black olives. We aged and integrated tannins. Very happy with how this wine has held up to the years.

  My last bottle. Needed about 30 minutes to start opening in the glass. Notes of cherry, tobacco, cola and acidity on the finish. This wine was quite enjoyable with dijon encrusted lamb.
