The palate, though rich in texture, mirrors the bouquet with its apple juice notes. Perhaps too old? Revisiting this before it was unveiled, the apple juice qualities had softened, leaving pear and stone notes. Had no real guess here- you could have told me OTH Chardonnay or a Rhone varietal or just about anything else and I'd not have argued with you.

  Pale yellow with a little oiliness in appearance. Nose of stone fruit and mineral nose. Palate is peach, lime, and tart fruit with the minerality showing through the front and mid palate. Something I love drinking about this wine.
