Än en gång imponerar sinskeys cab franc. Gröna toner, jordgubbar, hallon och körsbär. Plus en skön gräddig ekighet. Kanske en smula tunn kropp, men fruktig och finessrik. 91-92/100

A lovely Cabernet Franc! The first impression is one of clean perfect fruit with a total absence from the so commonly found green tones. This nose instead reveals blackberry, boysenberry and a whiff of sage and thyme. The palate is integrated and very expressive with a nice balance between oak, fruit, acidity and tannins. A classy effort worth seeking out if you are curious on what a nice Cabernet Franc is like.

Wine certainly undergoes a true metamorphosis as the temperature rises. Some more than others. This wine, straight out from the wine cellar is very clean and pure with medium length, still tight, some green peppercorns&herbs - the only thing betraying its californian origin might be the somewhat overextracted tannins. As it warms in the glass, a more soft-fruited vanilla sweet wine with mature edges and somewhat hollow mid-palate changes the impression quite a bit. I say serve this well below room temp.

No notes. Just recall it being lush with loads of cocoa notes.
