  Best wine of the tasting! Number one for three out of four tasters.
  Nez expressif de réglisse rouge, de fumé, d'épices, d'olives et de notes végétales. Un vin mature aux tannins poussiéreux...umami. Un vin harmonieux, charnu, équilibré et complexe. Encore bien frais pour un 2007. Longue finale quelque peu asséchante sur une pointe d'épices. Merveilleux !
