Bello, in fase evolutiva ma ancora splendido. Il naso passa dalle note fruttate a quelle fungine , che si rivelano eleganti e preponderanti. Effervescenza elegante e ben chiara, notevole lunghezza, la solita proverbiale eleganza. Un grande champagne, ma la 2000 bevuta qualche settimana fa con la stessa compagnia vince il confronto all’unanimità.

Brioche and orchard fruits on the nose. Great intensity and depth on the nose. The palate is concentrated and vinous with notes of brioche, apple tart, toasted almonds, apricot and white flowers. Finish goes on and on. So balanced.

The scent has a touch of brioche cheese and fresh baguette.
The wine has a very fine mouse. The major taste is of golden yellow apples, a minor bit of chalk and rose hip.
Its not a super complex wine, i think we can wait at least 10 years to open it up again. Its a good champagne but a little monotom.

Rich and complex, with a nose of toast, brioche, preserved lemon and biscuit. It was full, creamy and powerful and cut by a line of minerally acidity. The finish drove on and on. Still very fresh.

A medium deep honey in colour with brioche and white currants on the nose. Palate is really intense and superbly balanced with a real freshness against the depth of flavour. Long persistence. Excellent. Drinking perfectly now. Drink now-2030.
