Strong currant/berry type fruit that's still fresh, a wisp of dried mint leaves, and some sweet tobacco. Palate is tender and silky, with sweet berries and excellent supporting acidity. Quite friendly with roasted pork tenderloin, squash, & potatoes in curry dressing. Not profound, but effortless and nearly immortal.
