95 POINT DOUBLE BLIND DINNER @ Le Provencal; 1/22/2013-1/24/2013 (Le Provencal, Miracle Mile, Coral Gables,FL): - Yellow color with medium forming legs and aromas of grapefruit and geranium. It's balanced and has flavours of grapefruit with a medium body. Bright texture with a medium finish - Barry's white. Given it's lack of oak and gravelly minerality, I took it for Chablis. Tanzer said one would not know this as a New World wine. If not, and Chardonnay, it certainly resembled Chablis. Very impressive.

This is fleshing out nicely. Perfectly fine to drink now.
This is a great, focused, clean Chardonnay. Paired perfect with a smoked Salmon appetizer dish. Calling all Chablis fans...this one's for you!
Wonderful aromas of flowers and lemons. Rich fruit but not sweet. Shows green apple, lemon, un-ripe pear, and stones. There is a spicy component that lies beneath the fruit. Quite well done.
Still pretty young and too early to drink. High acidity, decent enough fruit. None of the oak, fruit bomb you sometimes get with CA chardonnay. Enjoyable enough.
