Took two bottles to a Spanish themed dinner party and everyone wanted to buy some. Really developing well in the bottle. The nose has a combination of red and black fruits and a pleasant rustic earthy component. It tastes like it smells. A very balanced wine. My only wish is that Adam would have made more of it.

Pop and pour. A little tight on the open, especially on the finish. Pretty dry until the air started to open this up. After three hours the wine was beginning to sing. Certainly not a fruit bomb but a wine that has a certain elegance about it. Could probably spend a little more time in the bottle or a healthy decant right now but this will be a fun wine to see develop.
