  Soft, pure nose. Some earth, underwood, bit of hoisin. Some sweet flavours in the mouth and floral notes. Quite surprising and complex length. Wonderful wine for the vintage.

Lengte wat tegenvallend. Beetje monotoon en eendimensionaal. Algemeen / potentieel: De meest prestigieuse Bourgogne die er te koop is… Je moet het gedronken hebben… Maar 'value for money'….. Verre van dat… 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Smaak / Afdronk: 12 + Algemeen / potentieel: 5 = 83/100

  Finally, I wait 10 years for my 1st Romanee Conti, bottle No. 00190 and perfect condition.
  
  Perfume...so fragrant, elegance nose of good fruit, cassis, mineral and herbs. Deep, clean and dramatic...perfect scent of Burgundy.
  
  In the mouth, yes !!! spiciness, medium++ but not balance and not complex due to the weak vontage, at 4 hours it's getting more round. This is nice for me.
  
  Tha aftertaste WOWWWWW.....the most powerful and greatest finished. 3-4 layers. It robusts softly...up to the palate, stay awhile then go deep dowm bit by bit full-filled into my heart and spread out slowly to every element...almost endless...almost 10 minutes or more.
  
  If the body is better than this, it's easily get the score 97-98/100. I have to say that I prefer La Tache 1992 because I don't like the style of fruit-scent in this wine.
