Very lemony. Not as sweet as the German Mosels I prefer. This got better as I drank more of it

Just a touch more integrated and developed than the 3/1/11 bottle but still very high acidity.
Austere and complex. Juicy papaya and grapefruit, crushed stones, smoky petrol. Finish is long with bright citrus and minerals. I would love to taste this in ten years.
Nice mouthfeel; layered quince, herb and lime with nice acidity; dry and slightly tart; nice match with Vietnamese potpourri
Tropical citrus with crisp almost overpowering acidity. Enjoyable and drinking well now. Paired with Greek food including Saginaki which cut some of the acidity.
