A powerfull nose with a lot of dark beries - you gwt blackberries, blueberries, cherries and hints of red currants - the palette sivert Nice apart from the fruit you also get leather and chocolate - a very Nice balance - the wine is drinking very well - happy to give solid 94.

Salon Ficofi Paris walkabout tasting and dinner, no detailed tasting notes. Lovely but not nearly as much energy and complexity as the 2010.

No formal notes/from memory. Big and dense - for Burgundy. Darker fruit, black tea. Nice balance to a bit heavy. I think this will even out with some more bottle time. Wait another 3-5 for other bottles.
