  Dyp gylden farge, små bobler. Intens duft av hetvin, gjæret frukt, honning og rosin. Kompleks og intens i munn, smak av moden/bakt frukt i tillegg til et svært tydelig hetvin/sherry-preg. Fortsatt med en integrert medium-frisk syre i behold. En nydelig vin.

  Over the hill. Lots of funk/fungus on the nose at first, faded away somewhat. Deep and somewhat creamy. A bit too much grapefruit. Of course a pleasure to drink but nothing near my bottle exactly a year ago. On the other hand it held up better.

  Perfect on first sip; straw yellow towards gold. Deep and complex. Main notes of red + green apples, citrus and mushrooms, An almost perfect touch of sherrygave the wine a real lift. Bubbles faded quickly, leaving me with a feel of a great mature Montrachet. Faboulus pairing to lobster au natural. Wine kept very nicely together until about 1+hour when sherry got pretty overwhelming. Will drink my remaining bottle within next 6-12 months and already looking forward to it. 94p at its best, 91-92p at lowest.
