Fine Wine Dinner #1 (Barsac Wine Bar, Gothenburg): Petrol, dried apricots, chalk, smoke, winter apples. Quite complex. On the palate a bit too mellow for my taste, would have liked just a bit more zing to the acids. Still very good.

Tasted blind. Lots of petrol on the nose, crazy minerality, concentrated and the sweetness is beginning to subside. Delish.

golden yellow; petroleum, lemon, honey but lack floral; not particularly complex palate
