Bought a case on release and stored in temp/humidity controlled cellar. In good condition with intense, lingering fruit; not a lot of complexity or nuance but very powerful, probably in part related to the 14.7 abv. If tasted blind, I'd almost think it was an Amarone.

At peak. Not as elegant as some of the ATP single vineyards of this era but makes up for it in balanced power and depth. If blind, I probably would have gone Carlisle before Ridge. Every time i put my nose in the glass, something different was working its way to the top. Very good.

Oldest bottle of Zin in my cellar, but actually too old. Still okay, but has lost a lot of its fruit , some savory notes, leather, and some remaining dark fruit.

Kind of long in the tooth. Light-bodied, no discernible tannins, gentle fruit. Paired nicely with the fiery pork chilie.

Very nice. This wine has aged well- smooth tanins, nutty and cedar notes. Complex.
