The last and arguably best bottle from the case. This is light and nimble with delicate sweet red fruits over notes of pastrami and lavender. Beautifully balanced and still somewhere near its peak. A charming and ethereal delight

This was very closed initially, the nose was there but very closed on the palate (it was cellar cool) It filled out with air. There was a surprisingly dry and sharp finish, something I'd expect in a much younger wine. (though looking over previous notes not entirely unexpected!) A pleasant but not exceptional wine. I woul be inclined to drink up.

Dark fruit (black cherry, blueberry), nice spice, dried herbs, garrigue, slight leather, slight olive, earth, good acidity. Some tannins. Lingering finish. Really enjoyable.
