  This was a lovely bottle. Drank more or less how I expected. Kind of higher pitched flavors, juniper and that sort of thing, sherry like aromatics but this has held up wonderfully. Seems to have softened a bit from release and mellowed if that makes sense but this was a delightful bottle. I’m in no hurry to open my other LdH whites as a result of this experience. Still plenty of fruit and acidity

  Still great drinking. Petrol, wax, herbs, bitter citrus, mildly oxidative. Held up well to a Sicilian style fish in spicy tomato sauce.

  Beautiful white pepper, oxidized fruit, lemon oil and minerally earth on the nose. Just love sticking my nose in the glass. Nice waxy texture with oxidized pine tar and a riot of spicy fruit and pepper on the palate.
  Excellent and one of the great white wine bargains in the world.

  Lots of petrol when first opened, although this fades a bit. Pear, oily/waxy, drinks well now. Seems like it is time to be drinking these, although I don't see it fading any time soon.
