  Certainly showing significant age, but surprisingly not bad at all and I would never guess it is 36 years old. Honey, syrup/fenugreek, gingery spice, lemon. General savory agedness, complemented by good tart acidity which seems to have helped preserve this rather well. Well balanced; comes across as almost fully dry. Fairly complex and interesting, and just plain tasty. Best after it's been open for a few hours in the fridge.
