A very good and satisfying Pinot Noir. Fruit is predominant in the front palate but evolves to depth and breadth in the mid and rear palate. The mature tannin and this acidity belie the age providing a very satisfyingly long and deep finish. Delightful.

- Crimsom color and aromas of sherry and mushroom and has flavours of molasses, phenolic and sherry. Satin-Like texture with a short finish - Seemed to have oxidized. What a shame

Close to a wow wine. Has the classic Pinot fruit and texture, but distinctive, too, with an earthiness characteristic of Mendocino. Lots of layers. Really, really good stuff, but drink now - hard to imagine it getting better after 2015.

Visually more brick than ruby, excellent nose rich in berry fruit. More red fruit on the palate leading to a superbly elegant finish. Perfect complement to grilled Copper River sockeye salmon and asparagus.
