(Cos d'Estournel) Nose of spicey oak, forest floor, cigar and some exotic spices. Palate was juicy and ripe with nice richness and concentration. Sweet and ripe tannins with great length. Young but very accesible now.

Ox-blood in color
Classic tertiary nose. Some sangr, leather, hint of cedar
All flavor traits integrated. Tastes like the nose. Medium plus finish. Perfect BDX in the zone. Drink up now!!!

Robe très sombre, nez de tabac, café, cassis et poivron rouge mûr.
En bouche, c'est resté jeune et assez tannique. Le "petit" millésime lui enlève un peu de fruit, mais c'est tout de même un grand vin.

See my prenious post in Oct 21 - opened my next bottle. Strike on! What a gem! 3hrs decant. Elegant colour. Nose is elegant and elevating. Tons of blue and black berries, a bit of coffee and of char; Tertiaries have developed well. Vivid colour. Vintage was average, but this one is a stunner. Palate is confirming nose. Tannins have intergrated super well: still a very bit grippy, but never mind over an awesome meal. Drinking window finally and wide open. Drink now or never.
