For New Years with porchetta, for which it's a fine pairing. On opening, very delicate. That disassembled old wine character. Over the next two hours it picked up weight...color...flavor and made for a very nice glass of wine. Yellow fruit and honey, but dry with a little bit of petrol. Fine acidity. Probably won't get better, but I imagine these will provide pleasure for at least another decade.

Dinners at Tiny Pine Bistro; 10/21/2023-10/22/2023 (Carbondale, CO): Very botrytis-heavy, with a slight petrol note but far more honeyed floral tones on the nose. The palate is dense and oily but fully dry, and shows mature spice notes as well as more of the aforementioned botrytis qualities.

Gorgeous nose. More honey than petrol now. Lovely balance and elegance. At peak. Maybe it may not reach the scale and power of a CSH, but it was so charming and drinkable.

very fresh, this bottle is in good condition. Pronounced aroma of Bubble gum, peach, lime, lemon, lots of flower and fruits. it's getting more and more creamy after aeration. medium- finish.
