Initially has melon, acidity, and finishes with a rustic mouth flavor. Nose has peach and pear as well as some earth. Not extremely complex, but the flavor profile is intriguing and hits home with the earthiness which for a white wine I very much enjoyed. My first Cassagne-Montrachet. Will be exploring these wines further.

Just about bang on right now. Has some honeysuckle on the nose along with ripe peach, fig and butter. It is generous and full in the mouth with good volume and nice orchard fruit flavours. Acidity is relatively soft and the palate has a light lactic feel to it. Length of flavour is good and there’s a suggestion of mineral once swallowed.

Rather reticent at first, took some time to express itself. It was cold too, at first. With time, a honeyed-melon fruit with rather rich weight in the mouth. Terrific overall mouthfeel, but it's not entirely interesting. I needed more cut. Slight warmth on the finish. Good wine, but nothing more. Nice value in the end. I'd drink again.

Bought 5 splits from Last Bottle, all soaked corks. Wine was cooked/oxidized. All 5....bummer.
