Dark red/black color. On nose, sweet black cherry, olives, saline, blueberry. Medium+ body, medium acidity, integrated tannins and very long finish. Flavor profile on palate consistent with nose. This has aged very well. 93+/-
Need to buy more current vintages.

Decanted for 1.5 hours and paired with grilled pork rib chops with black currant sauce.
Black in the glass and lots of sediment in the bottle. On nose, saline, rock, blackberry jam, lavendar and black raspberry. Flavor profile on the palate was bright cherry, blackberry and some secondary red fruits. Full body, medium+ acidity and long finish with medium+ tannins noticeable on the finish.
Paired great with the pork and this bottle has aged very well. Should easily go another 5+ years. 92++

Solid fruit, but unbalanced higher acid that calms down with time. Slightly corked, which distracts from the overall package.
